Ismail Qemali
On October 21st,1913, in Vlora, was held a big rally where spoke Ismali Qemali, about the difficulties that the country was living, about the efforts of foreigners to present the Albanians as people who cannot manage their place and the measures that should be taken to preserve the i gained independence.
