Skanderbeg
On September 21st The Holy Headquarter, elected apostolic nuncio in Albania, the Albanian cleric Eugjen Sumen. The first ambassador was Frat Antonio da Giovinazzo or Juvenacci, who was elected nuncio on June 1447.
