The newspaper “Dielli “, dated February 21st, 1915, describes the fight for the Albanian oil. The Constituent Assembly, says the newspaper ratified the concession of kerosene that was signed earlier with the Anglo-Persian Company. The vote was held on 19 and 20 February. The votes were divided, 50 in favor, 6 against. The Italian press underlines “Dielli”, strongly criticizes the kerosene concession to the British company.
