The Educational Congress, which finished its work on August 21, 1924, after the victory of the June Revolution, created the General League of Teachers of Albania, which had its own charter with 40 articles. The statute was fixed on its program, based on political-educational principles, on the organization of national education on a democratic basis, on the re-organization of the school, on the raising of the teacher’s figure, on its economic treatment.
