the government of Vlora
On December 20th, 1913 was declared the Interim Government Decree of Vlora, on formation of the Albanian Gendarmerie in southern provinces. The decree was published in the newspaper “Përlindja e Shqipërisë”, the official organ of the government, which contained the rules of service and the contract for the entry into the Albanian gendarmerie.
