The Committee of Istanbul
On October 2nd, 1900, The Albanian Committee of Istanbul sent to Sultan and governments of Great Powers, a request that the Albanians everywhere they are, to be accepted in the bosom of the European civilized countries, because of their antiquity and for the importance of their geographic and historical position.
