The declaration of the Pan-Albanian Federation, “Vatra”, expressing the deep pain of inhumane atrocities committed on Kosovar sisters and brothers and solidarity and support for the liberation struggle of patriots in the martyrs of Kosovo, was published on 2 June 1999.
