Fan Noli in the League of Nations
The government of Fan Noli, on 19 September 1924, requires through a letter, the definition of the boundaries with Korça, Vermosh, Shën Naum, from the League of Nations. The cost of holding together the International Commission, for the poor Albanian country to pay was 1 million golden francs.
