On November 19th, 1920 the Prime Minister Iliaz Vrioni, established the new cabinet where participated, Xhafer Ypi Minister of Justice, Iljaz Dibra Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdi Toptani Minister of Agriculture, Tef Curani Minister of Finance, Kristo Floqi Minister of Education and Selaudin Shakoza Minister of War.
