Më 18 Korrik të vitit 1837, mbreti Robert i Siçilisë, konfirmoi paktin e lidhur midis vikarit të Dukës së Durrësit, Ludovikut dhe despotit të Arbërisë Andrea Muzakës, në fund të dhjetorit të vitit 1936. Ky është një lloj ratifikimi i ketij dokumenti të rendesishëm, për marrëdhëniet midis principatës së Arbërisë dhe Mbreterisë së Siçilisë.
