On April 17th, 1880, the Assembly of Shkodra held the proceedings of Prizren League. At this meeting, the League program had a great progress and improvement. The participants of Assembly raised the demand for the establishment of an Albanian autonomous state, to liberate the country, raising the administration and opening of schools in Albanian language.
