On May 17, 1937, the imprisonment of Ethem Totos was suppressed. It exploded on May 15 of that year, in Delvina, and extended to Gjirokastra, Vlora and Tepelena. Since the first fighting, eight insurgents were killed and 7 were injured, while by law enforcement. There were 4 killed and 4 injured.
