January 16th, 1920, letter from Luigj Bumçi to the Peace Conference

The President of the Albanian delegation to the Paris Peace Conference Luigj Bumçi, on January 16^th, 1920 addressed a letter to the President of the League of Nations. By this letter he denounced the diplomatic conference bargains at the expense of Albania and Albanians.
