Dhimitër Berati
In Korça, on October 15th,1886, was born Dhimitër Berati, a complex character who has served in education and politics, in health and diplomacy, an active character of Albanian life in exile and in the homeland. He was carrying political science degree and that of lawyer , and he has held high posts n the time of Zogu and during nazi occupation of the country.
