It was directed by the arbëresh Anselmo Lorekio. It contains rich information for Albania and its history, numerous documents, the correspondence from Albania, events of the time.Published the Italian translation of Marin Barleti work “Historia e jetës dhe veprës së Skënderbeut”,the work of Sami Frashëri “Shqipëria ç’ka qënë, ç’është dhe ç’do bëhet”, etc.
