On October 14th, 1912, was established “The black society for salvation” in Skopje, where participated Sali Gjuka, Bedri Pejani, Rexhep Mitrovica. They announced the necessity of gathering an Assemble for the salvation of Albania from the partition from Balkan powers. The meeting of Skopje decided to protect with guns the territorial integrity and the union of four Albanian vilayets.
