14 January 1896, the patriotic societies extend the branches from Constantinople in Egypt

In Egypt, on January 14th, 1896 was founded the “branch of Constantinople for Albanian letters”. This society developed an intense activity for the spread of national feeling among Albanian migrants also to establish the relations with the homeland and for the distribution of books in Albanian.
