Pashallëku i Shkodrës
Ahmet Kurt Pasha, on 13th September came to Tirana and elected as commander Islam Beun. That night he conquered the city of Kavaja and the central Albania. This was a big defeat for the Bushatllinjs of Shkodra, which have owned this area.
