The Albanian Society of Istanbul
On November 12th, 1923 with the initiative of the Albanian Society of Istanbul, was published the weekly “Paqja” the political, social, cultural and literary newspaper with 4 pages. This newspaper was headed by Xhemal Dibra and Nastas Frashëri.
