At the beginning of 1938, a year before the fascist aggression against our country began the work on the modernization of the scaffold of Durrës. Was signed the Italo-Albanian agreement for the work that must began on March 12th, 1938, was approved the relevant law, which sets even the powers of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs which controlled and was responsible for these works.
