From Bucharest, the patriot Nikolla Naço sent to The Great Powers an announcement in English and French, for opening schools and churches on Albanian language, at the robbery homeland. At the same time dhe Albanian Committee “Light” and the newspaper editorial office of “Albanian” addressed their all compatriots that want humanitarian school and churches.
