The privatization of ATS
By Council Decision of Ministers, NR 377, date October 11st , 1991, “For the melting of the Car Stations and Tractors and creating Enterprises Agricultural Mechanics” began the process of reconstruction and privatization of ATS, which is the continuation of agriculture decollectivisation process.
