The Orchestra of mandolins of the Poor Shelter of Tirana, composed of 24 minor instrumentalists , on October 11, 1938, went to the royal bathrooms (at Durresi beach) to wish the king’s birthday. In this case, the little instrumentalists, under the direction of their professor Luigj Filaj, gave a program with the Albanian and foreign parts.
