In Durres city, on March 11th, 1933, was born the actor of the Albanian stage and screen Vangel Heba, “Emeritus Artist “. He began the art career as amateur. Later, he completed the artistic high school and for two years he did the specialization on film director, near the National Theatre in Tirana. Becoming a professional actor of Durresi cast, he interpreted and created a whole gallery of artistic images. Since 1959, he become part of “Shqiperia e Re” Kinostudio. That year, he performed the role of Vasil in “Stuhia”, and then he interpreted 20 other cinematographic roles. He was introduced successfully in our screen, with the film “Toka jone” of Hysen Hakan, “Njësiti gueril”, “Ilegalët”, “Vajza me kordele të kuqe”, “Gracka”. His last film was “Vetmi”, realized in 1990.
