11 May 1912 Dibra, was held “Kuvendi i Dheut”, where Dibra made a pledge to fight against the Ottoman invaders. Besa was also linked between the insurgents of Mirdita, Kthellës, Malësia e Lezhës and Bregu i Matës. That same day a gun shot at Zall of Rroboshtës, where the Turkish army broke down and left over 20 killed, many injured and armed.
