Hasan Prishtina
On January 11th, 1912, Hasan Prishtina, Member of the Ottoman Empire Parliament, on behalf of the Albanian national group, presented a memorandum with the demands of the Albanian people, for economic, political and cultural reforms. He threatened the Turkish government with a new uprising if the requirements included in this memorandum will not be completed.
