10th, October 1922, was inaugurated the National Library

On October 10^th, 1922, was inaugurated the National Library. This library was inaugurated with 3000 inherited volumes by “Komsia Letrare e Shkodrës” and “Vllaznia” society, The first director was Sotir Kolea patriot.
