Ali Pashë Tepelena
Ali Pasha Tepelena, using the beginning of the Franco-Serbian war on September 10, 1788, undertook lightning attacks against the French armies and with victories in the battlefield, handed down Butrinti and Gumenica, including these important centers, in the composition of his pashallak.
