On April 16th, 1920, in the village of Rexhepaj of the Vlora district, was formed “The Society of Gorishti”, with patriotic elements and freedom fighters. This society held a dense activity to raise the awareness of the people, especially the youth, in the war against the foreign invaders and to liberate the country.
