On January 3rd, 1946, the chief of UNRRAS mission in Albania, invited to Washington the Secretary of the Albanian Federation “Vatra” Qerim Panariti and after their conversation, the newspaper “Dielli” published in its pages the organization’s aid to Albania. They consisted in 38 682 tons of food, 2543 tons agricultural tools, 841 tons of medicines etc.
