On November 24th, 1946, was born in Tirana, Aleksandra Dhimitër Çollaku,one of the most talented experts of Albanian trade. After finishing brilliantly the Faculty of Natural Sciences, in August 1968 she began her professional career as an economist near the Enterprise Agroleksport, Tirana. During 1971-1973 completed her postgraduate studies in External trade, at Economic Faculty. In May 1998, she was appointed General Director of the Albanian Post.
