On November 3rd, 1891 in Shkodra, , was born the cleric, the playwright and the writer, Ndre Zadeja. He took the first lessons in his birthplace and graduated in theology in Austria. Besides the religious services, he became familiar with his literary creations. He wrote many works that have remained in manuscript, for lack of funds. His melodramas had e better luck, that are performed on the stages of Shkodra and Tirana. Some of them are: “Ora e Shqypnisë”, “Rrethimi i Shkodrës”, “Rozafa”.
