On October 16th, 1921, was established the cabinet of Pandeli Evangjeli. He was the Prime Minister and the Foreign Minister, Minister of Justice was Koço Tase, Intern Minister Bajram Fevziu, Minister of Finance Ahmet Dakli, Minister of Public Works Zija Dibra, Minister of Education Hil Mosi and Minister of the War Mustafa Maksuti. The cabinet was in force few than two months.
