The Assembly of Republic of Albania, assembled in plenary session on September 29th 1994, approved the law “for the Albanian Red Cross” and “For keeping the emblem and name of the Red Cross”. With the approval of the above mention laws , were abolished the decrees of 1956, 1966 and were placed new legal normative, for the activities of this important humanitarian organization and its connections with the outside world.
