On March 9th, 1993, the crown of Miss Albania was won by Aldona Elezi from Burrel. The show was produced by director Petri Bozo, with Shpetim Roqi scenario, scenography of Joni Kraja, music and choreography by Kastriot Çaushi. In this spectacle competed 33 beautiful girls from Albania and Diaspora.
