On March 9th, 1923, in Tirana, was published the first number of the weekly newspaper ” Rrufeja “. This newspaper was directed by the economist and journalist, Haxhi Jusuf Banka. The economic and social newspaper, had as its motto “protects the rights of the people.” In the section “Guri i mullirit” the notebook held a polemic with the representatives of the state administration.
