Principate of Arber
In December 1190, Progon came to power, this is considered as the date of creation of the Principate or the state of Arber. Progoni was the primary of the dynasty, which ruled for seven decades the principality. He realized its secession of subsidiary by the Byzantine Empire, thus realizing its full independence.
