On October 8th, 1921, Albanian Parliament ratified three important documents of International Law: “The Convention and Statute on Freedom of Transit”, “The Convention and Statute on the Regime of Navigable waterways, Air Routes of International Concern” and “The Declaration recognizing the Right to a Flag of States having no Sea-costs”. The above mentions acts are still in force.
