The patriotic societies of Albanian expatriates in the US: “Besa-Besa”, Boston, “League” in Sent Lui, “Mall of Motherland”, in Xhameston and “Koha” in New York on July 8, 1909, addressed a memorandum International Hague Conference, where they sought to support the national rights of the Albanian people.
