On December 7th, 1906 in Sul, Vlora, was born the anti-fascist fighter Ilmi Pato. He is one of hundreds of Albanian victims of the Nazi terror, who been arrested and sent to the extermination camps. For his antifascist activity, been arrested in his birth village and was taken to Masburg concentration camp in Germany, where there were and 82 other Albanians.
