The government of Mehdi Frashëri, on May 6th, 1936, is solidarized with the fascist aggression and the occupation of Abyssinia by Italy. During the discussion of this issue in the League of Nations, the government voted against any sanctions against fascist aggressors who, after 3 years, invaded Albania.
