Qazim Koculi on December 6th, 1921, was appointed prime minister of Albania and was charged with the task of forming the Government Cabinet. The same day he resigned, without being able to form a government. This testifies to the political crisis that the country was experiencing and the tough fight between democratic forces and those conservative of the far-right.
