20 months before Ismail Qemali raised the flag in Vlora, Ded Gjo Luli, with his warriors, which had taken up the arms and were fighting for the freedom raised the flag of Castriots on the Mount of Deçiç. On this date, a year later, Kol Dedë Gjoni, son of Dedë Gjo Lulit, raised for the second time the red and black flag in the bell of the church Traboini. Also, Dok Ujka in the Church of Gruda and Prelë Luca in Triesh, raised our national flag.
