Today is commemorated the death anniversary of the prominent German painter Hans von Aachen, who immortalized the image of the prominent strategist Gjergj Basta. As leader of the united European armies in the fight against the Ottomans, George Basta, became known in the ancient continent and took the attention of many artists.
