On September 29th 1930, in Bilisht, Devoll was born the popular instrumentalist Jashar Kovaçi. His musical school was his family , where he learned to how to play many popular instruments, especially different flutes. But he culminated in his interpretation of clarinets. Jashar Kovaçi, has spread the popular songs and melodies in the entire southern part of Albania, but the main center of activity remains Pogradec.
