Members of Istanbul Committee
Based on the decisions taken in Ioannina in 1887 and Frasher Masjid, Istanbul Committee drafted the project for the autonomy of Albania, which was published on 27th September 1878, in “Interpreti I Lindjes” newspaper, directed by Sami Frasheri.
