After the shattering of the Albanian resistance, the Turkish forces commanded by Dervish Pasha, in the military headquarters whose was also Hodo Pasha Sokoli went in Ulcinj. On November 26th, 1880, the Turkish command called the Montenegrin armies, to approaching to the city and handed it. So it was seceded from the Albanian trunk the ancient city of Ulcinj.
