On September 24th,1919 the head of neighborhoods and 40 villages of Vlora,sent a memorandum to the chairman of the British delegation to the Paris Peace Conference, Lloyd George. They express their hatred against the anti-Albanian politic of Italy, and the determination of the Albanians to oppose every injustice and anti-Albanian decision.
