Pedagogue Rexhep Neziri was born in Shkodra on August 22, 1909, where he took his first lessons, there he met with sports and became the founder of the founding of the student society “Besa”. He attended high-tech biology at Montpellier University in France. After graduation, he returned to the Homeland and in September 1935, he began teaching at the State High School in Shkodra. He never stopped teaching for 25 consecutive years. It is remembered by generations of students from the high school and pedagogical of Shkodra, those of Normali of Elbasan and Gjirokastra Gymnasium, who remember the boarding dormitories “Our Mountains”, coming from all parts of Albania. His pupils have been many figures and personalities that have traced the development and history of our country, starting with Qemal Stafa and Vojo Kushi, and continuing with Pjetër Arbnorin of dozens of doctors, lawyers, engineers and geologists.
