Shkodra
In the testament, dated on October 20th, 1784, which the deceased trader Gjergj Kraja from Shkodra has left was written about the bullet, gunpowder and pellets, so for the production of the firearm for hunting but also for military. Also it has an interest the fact that the deceased has left significant amounts of money for the poor people and other necessity.
